Reappointments to the Administrative Review Tribunal
The Albanese Government has today announced the reappointment of 58 General Members to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) for a further 3-year term.
These 58 General Members were initially appointed in 2023 to address the oldest and most complex migration and protection matters at the ART, and the Government looks forward to their continued work.
Each General Member was reappointed in accordance with section 208 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, and was originally assessed as suitable for appointment in accordance with the Guidelines for Appointments to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and closely informed by requirements in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
