The Albanese Government has appointed five Judicial Deputy Presidents and 35 General Members to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) for various terms.

Subjects: National Continuous Checking Capability; Working with Children Checks; Illicit Tobacco; Disability Discrimination Act Review.

The Albanese Government is committed to protecting vulnerable Australians, particularly our children and young people, which is why we have today announced $37 million over 5 years from 2025-26 to implement the National Continuous Checking Capability.
