The Albanese Government is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Craig Lenehan SC as a judge of the Federal Court of Australia.

The Albanese Government is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons for appointment as judges of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) (Divisions 1 and 2).

The Albanese Government has reappointed 11 General Members to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) for a further 3-year term. Originally appointed in 2023, the reappointed Members have worked on a range of cases including social security, National Disability Insurance Scheme, and migration and protection matters.
